Extremely disappointed. I was initially very excited to join the community. At first my workouts were great and I enjoyed following along on the app. Then the company updated the app and I am no longer able to get into my account. I cannot see my workouts without paying again, which I have already done. I emailed about this for over a week and the only response I received was to re-complete the sign up process. I did so numerous times and still could not get back into my account and view my workouts. I spent a lot of money on the program and am left extremely disappointed, not able to access my workouts/enter the app whatsoever. I would like to be reimbursed and suggest you look into other programs before committing as you will be asked to pay over and over again without access.
