I got my new board set up and was ready to workout but the app and website will not work. It’s not a connection issue, the app just won’t advance past where I create a username. I’ve tried it on different devices and have come to the conclusion that the app has bugs that need to be fixed, but I was so excited to try this board out. I reached out to support and never heard anything back. A little disappointed given that this was a gift. Per the App Store, this is not a new issue and has been brought to their attention. For all the advertising I’d say they’re just taking our money.
