Ive had my refomer board since July 2025 and absolutely love the convenience of being able to do my workouts at home (normally on my lunch break 😁) love the workouts too. I've done a few of them a couple of times now and combined 2 workouts in a day to push myself more. I have recently lost just over 3 stone so that and doing my workouts I can really feel and see the difference.
