While skeptical at whether not it would work at first, I gave it a shot. I downloaded the Reformly app and followed the regimented exercises. After about 2 weeks of using their Basic Reformly program (at no cost), I started noticing a difference. after about 4 weeks, my clothes started fitting differently and I was able to fit into old clothes I haven't been able to wear in years! I dropped about 3 pounds within the first month, but lost much more in waist/stomach/hip inches. Recently, I had an issue with the app where it would not let me back into my account. I reached out to the company and after a few days of troubleshooting, they were able to get me back into my app to access my workouts again. I love these workouts as they are not very time consuming, suited for all levels of working out and they work!
