I am incredibly disappointed with your confusing marketing . The board itself is ok but your app has a horrible UX and it tricked me into paying for a premium subscription by reusing my payment details bit still not granting me the access and every time I am trying to use premium content which I was charged in full ( yearly subscription not even the monthly as shown in the app) I am being asked to pay again. Your customer service assistant responds to me but with no solutions and refuse to refund me but also not responding how to access the content I was charged for … I feel like it’s a scam .
