I ordered the board, the mat (yoga mat), and the additional set of sports equipment about a week ago. So far, I have not received anything, and when I check my account, it appears that my order has not even been processed yet.
I have emailed multiple times because I would like to change my delivery address. However, every time I mention the word “address” in my email, I automatically receive a response saying that my order has already been processed and shipped. This is confusing, as the order status still shows that it has not been processed.
In addition, I have asked questions about the app. It seems that I may need to purchase an additional monthly subscription to access the workouts, even though it was promoted as if all workouts would be included with the purchase. I have not received any personal response to these questions either — only automated emails.
I find this very disappointing. It is frustrating that it is so difficult to get in contact with the company and receive a proper response. I paid a significant amount of money and expected clearer communication and better customer service.
I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved soon.
