It's hard to tell it's a used chair. The craftsmanship is unlike any other company and I've seen a few. I read some negative reviews but I absolutely don't understand them. With the quality they provide and, if I may believe, the numbers they ship, I'm confident it's worth the wait. And the chat is always live during business hours so just get in touch with them if you have any questions. I think in these times we need to understand not everything is done with machines and AI.
