After some back and forth with the shipping companies, the matter was resolved. I received the gaslift back, with a set of larger wheels. Now the chair is perfect and I am very happy. The whole sending back and forth + troubleshooting took about 3 weeks. In this time period I felt it necessary, to check in with the company one or twice. For example when the fix was implemented, but the package wasn't handed to the shipping company.The customer server rep I talked to was very competent and patient. And always willing to try and help with my inquries.Knowing that communication and delivery work very well with this company, I would buy again.
