I bought a couple of items from their site and I would advise you to go to an official route or other reseller.You won't find any review of mine anywhere online that isn't good, but I'm so extremely disappointed with the way they went about this, that I just felt a need to share it.1. The order was very late (They advertised sub 10 or so days from the moment the order is placed) and after 40 days I still haven't got everything2. They have a really bad way of communication about the product. Example: They don't mention anywhere visible that table doesn't come with holes and that you have to drill your own (I didn't have any tools in my home and I had to lose both time and money just to get that)3. Support took at times 7+ days to come back to me and numerous follow ups. After they delivered the final piece, they stopped responding completely.4. After spending few hundred euros on separate desk and chair while I wait for my stuff from this firm, they didn't offer any resolution5. I missed a lot of items and they had to be sent separately (few pieces of desk like a tray, headrest for chair etc.)6. I bought many times stuff that is claimed to be refurbished and visually you can't tell the difference. While the table is great, the chair has signs of significant usage which could be easily repaired7. After claiming they will refund me some part back, they stopped replying at all8. Lastly, this is potentially completely biased, but a friend has identical chair bought from official store, and I don't feel like its the same quality (Honestly I could just be pissed at this store and thats why I think so, but it feels different) One of the worst shopping experiences recently and I buy quite a lot of stuff online.
