Chair looked like completely new and I am very satisfied with the chair I purchased, the shipping time, and that I recieved the tracking link pretty fast.Ordered friday night, got it the next friday with DHL eCommerce.Only one little scratch on one of the armrests, but for being refurbished, I would say this is really worth it instead of buying it new.I sent a email to customer service on friday after i placed my order but never got a reply. So the only feedback I would say is to be more reachable there for your customers.I also read the terms and it seems to be hard/complicated to do returns & refunds from this company if you change your mind after placing an order or recieving your chair, and even harder if you purchase from your own company (B2B).
