I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Setu chair which was delivered on January 23. The delivery itself took longer than expected, but that was manageable.Unfortunately the chair I received does not match the standards described on the website. It is advertised as being “professionally inspected, technically refurbished and thoroughly cleaned,” however the chair shows visible cosmetic wear and the tilt mechanism leans back excessively, making it difficult to use comfortably for work.I contacted the company in February and provided photos and a video demonstrating the issue, which they requested. Since then, I have not received any response despite following up several times.
