"Refurbished" usually implies a level of deep cleaning that was missed here.Communication: In their reply, support claimed they had emailed me previously. I have checked my spam/junk folders extensively and have zero record of this. It appears communication only resumed after I posted this public review.Verdict: The chair works, but expect delays and potentially having to clean the item yourself upon arrival.[Orignal Review]I placed an order on Jan 8th with a promised 10-day delivery window. It has now been 18 days with no tracking info and no product.Worse than the delay is the lack of support. Despite their automated emails claiming they will "help straight away" via chat or email, they have ghosted me. My follow-up on Jan 20th was ignored, and the Live Chat is dead.Do not trust their delivery estimates or their support promises.
