Overall very happy with the product and price - it's a big investment but after speaking with the team I was very happy to go ahead safe in the knowledge my choice was right for me for the long term.If I'm completely honest, I think I was expecting a brand new chair to arrive...so when I spotted a few very minor marks I was initially put off - but then my rational side kicked in and I realised I was setting unreasonable standards. These are previously used chairs after all, and all it had were a couple of minor scuffs and a bit of dust...A solid and comfy option. Very happy, thank you team!
