Xeni, the project manager, was excellent throughout – communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which makes a big difference during this type of work.As with most construction projects, there were a few small hiccups along the way, but nothing serious. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. They also kindly helped with a couple of small additional jobs I asked for, without charging extra, which I really appreciated. Both the head office and the on-site team were supportive and easy to deal with.Overall, Refyt come across as a young, talented, and professional company. I’m very content with the results, the communication, and the way the whole project was handled, and I would happily recommend them to others considering wall insulation.
