Literal Scam, so much more expensive than just re-applying through ASIC. They send you mail saying your business name is due for re-application soon - it's extremely misleading, they say they will give you an early registration discount and make it sound all well and good, while caught up in the day to day you don't really have time to sit through pages of the terms so when you cancel they take a $50 admin fee.They claim that they make it easier and file all the documentation but it's literally just an ABN/ACN renewal.At least 3x more expensive than just applying through ASIC.
