We bought a Rega Heat Recovery system in 2001 which has run perfectly and with no problems in our house ever since. We have recently replaced all the filters in the ducting and asked for advice on changing filters in the base unit (which we should have done a long time ago - the fact that we haven’t and the system is still running like it’s brand new is testament to how good these systems are) Rega have been super helpful at answering all my questions and helping me to understand what I need to do to maintain my system. I am so impressed not only with the service we have received but that the system we bought is lasting for such a long time. 21 years and still going strong!!!
