Laura has got to be one of the best people I have ever worked with in a customer service setting! From my initial enquiry she went above and beyond. I had requested a custom stitch on a gold series collar which wasn’t listed on the website. I genuinely thought my request would be shut down however, Laura surprised me and advised she was willing to test it to see if it could work! With both sides happy with the end result - I placed an order for the gold series collar, harness and lead. I received it in good time, eveything fit my pup perfectly and I really did have a positive buying experience with the company.
