My partner and I had spoken to several jewellers in Hatton with our ideas for a bespoke engagement ring, and although we were told it was doable by a few different shops, we felt Mark at Regal was the only person who really understood our vision, made us feel heard and gave us the impression that they could make the piece something special and unique to us. Mark was also able to price match us to other quotes we had received, which only solidified our choice to go with Regal. We had a very specific band in-mind, and Mark went above and beyond for us to create our vision – including looking at pieces of my fiancée’s jewellery to replicate her favourite patterns. We sent the initial deposit at the end of April, and I received the CAD design in mid-May, so it took only 3-weeks to get from deposit to CAD design. Then, after I approved the CAD design, it took only 3 weeks for the final ring to be ready for pick up.The ring is beyond what my fiancée wanted – she absolutely adores it and we both so often say how pleased we are that we went with our gut and chose Regal. If anyone is reading this on-the-fence, please let me push you over to the Regal side. Mark was patient, responsive and friendly; we never felt afraid to ask questions. He also was reassuring when it came to ring design – he not only explained how the ring would look, but also how different features of the ring would help preserve its longevity, such as the cathedral setting for stability, diamond safety but also to allow more light in and let the diamond sparkle more. Thank you, Regal, and especially thank you to Mark for coming on this journey with us. We are so pleased with the ring, and most importantly, now very happily engaged!
