I own several pieces from this brand that I wear regularly, and I've even repurchased some after dropping them. However, I was truly let down by the quality of the items I received this time. They feel hastily made and mass-produced in a way that I wouldn't expect from a more reputable retailer. The backings of the jewelry are practically non-existent, making them look terrible from any angle. I'm really upset to see such a decline in quality.
