They were “eagerly” responsive to my inquiry which made me a bit nervous bc sometimes - not always - that may indicate an attempt to sell something quickly.However, once I had time to connect with them, they answered my first questions to my satisfaction, so I purchased the policy, even adding additional coverage. I did ask one final question and I wasn’t particularly pleased that the conversation kept returning to the cost of the policy. I wasn’t seeking a price reduction, per se, I just wanted to known if the type of policy I was inquiring about was available in my price range.The agent just kept - annoyingly, I might add - saying that the policy I purchased was the best one, instead of directly answering my question.I have not - and hopefully won’t - had/have to use the policy, but am glad to know that I have it in place, if needed.Overall, great experience! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the annoyance of the final conversation as I didn’t believe the agent was listening to my question. Thanks!
