VERY unsatisfied. I was sold a life insurance policy by one of their brokers that was not what I wanted nor was promised. I wasted THOUSANDS of Dollars. Now I understand why 28% of the reviewers have given this company (or their "brokers") a 1-star review. Update-Aug 25. After "reviewing" my letters of complaint and deceptive policy wording, Regency told me "tough luck". They will NEVER get another Dollar from me. Beware consumers!
