No where does it state emergency admission will not cover pre existing conditions. Also they are very quick in deducting the monthly fees. It is lways someone else replying to mails , one never has just one person handling your case. Just a moneymaking medical aid, the patients needs and support is not priority, unless you are willing to pay a fortune for cover you will get the VIP treatment.
