The customer support is very disappointing. I ordered two hampers but accidentally added three to my basket. I noticed the error within five minutes of placing the order and emailed them to correct it. I followed up with a phone call at 9:00 and was told nothing could be done, even though the items had not yet been dispatched. I've been a customer for years, but I won't return.
