The gentleman that I spoke with was very knowledgeable, and answered my many questions. I was formerly with AHS, and they were a good company, but their prices went through the roof. Then, I made the mistake of signing up with Choice Home Warranty. My washer broke down in August, and they finally deemed it unfixable in October, and told me they were replacing it. They only gave me a 406 dollar egiftcard for Lowes. I bought my washer 4 years ago for around 800, and CANNOT replace my washer for that. That is when I called Regency. The prices can't be beat. I hope the service will be as good as represented. The gentleman told me that IF an appliance needs replaced, you actually replace it with a similar appliance. I am looking forward to being a Regency customer.
