Alex was absolutely amazing! He explained everything to me, and I wanted to wait until my current warranty was over. Called Alex back he confirmed everything and we finished the process of signing up and enrolling. I had a couple questions a couple days later I called him he answered right away it was so wonderful having a live person to talk to and Alex was absolutely amazing! Normally I would say I can't wait to use the service but with a home warranty obviously you want to wait as long as possible cuz you don't want anything breaking down! I hope when I do have to file a claim it's as seamless and wonderful as the experience of signing up.
