After waiting 5 days for confirmation that a tech would be out to fix my dishwasher, I called and the rep had not even started the claim. The next claim we had with our heating and air, after waiting a week we were told that they could not find a company that would service us and that we could find a tech ourselves and let them know. We bought our policy from Andrew and I called to cancel the policy since it was such an ordeal to get service, and he assured me to call him next time and he would see to it that we were helped. So when I had to call him he was so rude. I told him I wanted to cancel and he told me that it was not possible to cancel until January. I told him I would make sure to fill out a review so that people knew not to go with Regency and he became aggressive and belligerent and accused me of threatening him. Are you kidding me?! Save yourself a headache and skip this company.
