my experience with Joseph, at Regency Total Warranty, was allfull he dined my claim When the air conditioner stopped Billie an employee at Regency said he could not get anyone out in our area to look at the unit. It was hot i am 81 years old i ask him if i can find someone he said yes, I did i had a diagnosed report on my unit from AC Heating And Airconditioning his report said it was the evaporator coil was damaged and could not be replaced had to replace the whole unit at an estimate cost of $20,120.00 emailed the report to Bille and Joesph, and they dined the claim, My policy # was 261173657. Spoke to the technician he said the unit was 22 years old My unit was covered. Me and my husband who is on oxygen suffered a lot until the unit was installed we paid for it / Regency has all the photos of the old unit and the diagnosed report and the receipt of $20,120.00. On 06/11/2025 Joseph, told me to cancel the policy.Regency Total Warranty owns me $20,120 for the new unit. Billie said it was ok, then Joesph dined my claim. I am asking someone else to look at my claim and if their is anything else you need let me know. Joanne Noziska
