Alex Bucci was great, he listened and understood my needs, explained things to me simply and was quick and timely with the paperwork. My only complaint is reference the company and the plethora of emails, texts and calls i received after I got a quote online. However, to Regency's credit they contacted me the least out of all the companies I looked into. This is one of the main reasons I contacted them back instead of blocking them like I did other companies. Alex Bucci is someone I would definitely recommend.
