I responded to a text and did not pay attention that the agent responded back. So when I called the agent was like HI Keiya. I paused because I didn't hear the phone ring and I was stuck like...I was calling someone. The agent was very pleasant and stated that he just text me that my account was good. He was just amazing....quick response....prepared. I like that.
