STAY AWAY!!!!! I had never had a home warranty before so when they called and offered one it sounded good. Several months ago I had my AC service company come and and do their annual checkup. There were some issues that I had them fix. I called customer service and was told to submit a claim. I did so but never heard back. After a few weeks I called customer service back where I was told there was no claim submitted. I was told by a very rude service agent that I was to call them first so they could schedule service. This was my mistake so I let it go. Being told to submit a claim then being told something different didn't sit with me. My policy is due to renew in a few days so I called customer service to tell them I would not be renewing. The agent (man) asked why so I told him whereas he got very rude in that he wouldn't allow me to explain. He kept interrupting me. I asked him to please allow me to finish whereas he said "just hang up." So I did. Terrible customer service!!Several hours later I received a call from a gentleman fromRegency wanting to know more about this encounter. After I explained he asked me to revise my review and upgrade the star status. All I will do is here is post we had a nice conversation in which he asked if I would reconsider keeping the account open. I indicated I would not. At least he was professional. He also said he would open an investigation on the agent I spoke with.
