However, expecting customers to troubleshoot this on their own seems like a big ask. I’m fairly practical and can follow video instructions, but it's not a straightforward task. If someone were elderly or not able to use tools properly, it could be quite difficult. I managed to clean my filter with the help provided, but the expectation that all customers can service their own filters is a concern that needs addressing.
