Dale, the Surveyor and Project Manager, was consistently approachable and capable, getting things arranged and resolved both before, during and after the installation. The installation days passed smoothly, with Pete, Ali, Jason, Lyndon and Chris all being friendly, informative and approachable. I was especially impressed by the painstaking installation work by Ali in our airing cupboard, where the new cylinder and associated plumbing went. The ASHP has worked faultlessly since installation thus far. We had some teething issues related to cosmetic aspects of the routing of the power cable; after a number of calls and emails these were resolved after 10 days. This did not detract from my overall favourable impression, and I am happy to recommend Regen Renewables to others, and indeed have already done so.
