I visited this clinic yesterday for a hay fever injection. I was treated by a young girl who had a taxi running outside! I asked to sign two ipads with no chance to read them, she didn't explain any possible side effects of the jab which concerned me greatly as I haven't had the jab before. I was then rushed upstairs given the injection. When I was rushed back down and was told the bill was £150. I clearly stated the price was £75 and she then told me she had given my a double dose. At no point was this told me before the injection!!!! I didn't ask for a double dose and I wasn't weighed (I am 8 stone 2)! So the cost was £150. She asked no medical questions it was clear she was on the money making and did not care that a double dose couldve been dangerous. When I pointed this out to her she just shugged her sholders. I received very poor service and left the clinc very worried and upset. The taxi was still outside running waiting for her the whole time which sums up the whole appointment.
