Exceptional service! I live in the US and I came across Regiobloemist when I wanted to send flowers to family in Belgium. It was a challenge to find a local shop from so far away, but they have delivered (literally and figuratively) every time. Their prices are reasonable and their flowers are beautiful. And while that may be expected, their customer service is extraordinary. When one delivery was delayed, they notified me immediately and continued to track the shipment, expressing concern for the state of the flowers upon arrival. I'm confident that had I been less than satisfied, they would have done whatever they could to resolve the issue. Fortunately there was no need because the flowers were still a delight!
