Dear Ms, Mr,
I offered monthly flowers to my mother for her 70th birthday. She is a real connaisseur of flowers. She called as she was disappointed by the flowers she got. She told me they were not fresh and the choice was not great. She would like to be able to choose another flower shop and receive the flowers on a Thursday and not on a Monday. Usually on Monday flowers are not so fresh.
