Very disappointed with the service. Ordered a bouquet on the 17.08. for my mother's birthday. Bouquet was supposed to be delivered on the 19.08, however, it was not done. On the 20.08., I have received any email that they did not had availability to send it on the 19th and if I would like to proceed with the order or cancel it. I replied to their mail to please proceed and to inform me when it can be delivered. No answer from their side. On the 21st, I called them to check on the order, they apologized and informed me that it will be delivered on the next day. Nothing happened. On the 23rd, I received a call and was asked if it would be ok to deliver the bouquet on the same day. I said YES, but no delivery was made. I called today (24th) and asked why the delivery was not made and was informed that they could deliver it to my request location as "lots of florist are on vacation". Is this really my problem that no florists are on vacation?? Why was I not informed that they cannot delivery to my location from the start? Why someone called me on 23rd to ask if they can deliver it on the same day if they don't have any florist in my area? Extremely disappointed of the service and at the end of the day there is no bouquet for my mum's birthday and I even have to wait for a refund about 14 days.
