I ordered flowers from this website and it clearly stated that the delivery would be made on March 7. However, the order was not delivered on the promised date. This order was very important for a special occasion, and the failure to deliver caused great disappointment.
There was no proper update or clear explanation about the delay. Promising a delivery date and then not keeping that promise is completely unacceptable.
My experience with this website was very bad. The service quality is poor and the delivery is unreliable. I do not recommend this website to anyone.
