I've always had a good experience with the manager, loan officers and the entire staff when requesting a loan or assistance from Regional Finance. I would recommend them very highly to anyone in need of Financial Assistance. They are very Professional and knowledgeable about the loan applications and their Business Practices. They are willing to assist you in whatever request is needed.
I've had several loans up to $5000 with Regional and paid all of them off rather quickly. This last time, I was not expecting it to take 1-1/2 hours, literally. During the entire application process I was told that I was approved for $6000, but at the end I only got $3000. When I asked why, I was told that the manager makes the final decision. Mind you, I had just paid off a $5,000 loan last month, within a month so her only giving me half of what I was approved for didn't sit well. I would never have sat there 90 minutes, if I had known this was going to happen. I had to go borrow the other money I needed from somewhere else. Once again, I've paid off this loan in 3 weeks. I'd just like it if I can do business at one location.
called you guys to get little more and instead of calling me back, like she said she would she went home(jessica from jackson tn) So I called and found she didnt even setup my autopay. Well, I had to really provide a lot of information for second loan which wasn't much, but all I had to do for the first loan was cash the check.... second loan wanted to deny,but keep calling and asking me do I want to get this and that but still deny me...well I guess someone had a heart because they stepped in and handled the situation...
My customer service rep Alexis was the best. She jumped right in to help with my problem and really cared about getting the best solution for me. Would recommend not only Regional Finance but specifically Alexis for anyone in need. Great job keep up the good work!!

Going in with apprehension Ashley was able to give my wife and I peace of mind by answering all our questions and providing such a professional and caring environment.
