Very bad service provided, had purchased a tv from John Lewis and tv went faulty, within a the first month, this company attended on behalf of John Lewis to repair tv, which was not repairable, manufacturer sent them replacement they took 4 weeks to bring it us, when we asked we could collect they replied yes you can, from the store, without packaging we need the box.
