After contacting Domestic and General, a policy purchased through Scottish Power, an appointment was made for an engineer from The Regional Repair Centre to repair my fridge/freezer. The engineer, Paul Evans, was polite, knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem with the fridge freezer. He explained the problem so I understand exactly how it had occurred but certainly not something I could fix. I was very impressed with the service provided and the speed of service. Highly recommended.
