Staff members are EXTREMELY rude. Spoke to me like I was worthless, I thought when a manager was put on the line it would have been better but unfortunately they were even worse. Working on behalf of LG for a TV within warranty so I didn't chose them. Provided mis information on when my television would be delivered, did not send confirmation email which I had to chase for and the phone lines are terrible cutting me off every 5 minutes on hold. If its your choice to go with these guys, DONT.
