I had a fault develop on my Sony tv which is still under the Sony 12 month warranty. Sadly, a fault developed and I contacted the Regional Repair Centre for a repair to be made. From start to finish, I found the staff very helpful and polite. A date was set for the repair to be made in my home and I was sent confirmation details very quickly. On the day that the repair was due to be carried out I was contacted by their engineer and given details of his ETA.Following on from this, I received another call from the engineer to say that he would arrive at my home within half an hour. True to his word he arrived promptly and was very polite and courteous. He carried out the work very quickly and very well. My tv was soon up and working again in a very short time.
