I was unexpectedly charged $20 after ordering a report for $0.99! A week later, I noticed the charge on my account. I had to log in to my account to cancel a subscription I never wanted! I'm extremely frustrated! Avoid this service at all costs! They are scammers! I'm considering reporting this to the appropriate authorities, as I can't be the only one affected by this dishonest company.
