I purchased two metagrip thumb supports for my husband and I on 10/17/25. As of today, I have yet to receive tracking information. I called customer service re: the status of my order and the representative acknowledged that the product was in stock. So, why the delay? WHY? Medical supplies are ordered out of necessity. There should be a sense of urgency for all orders. Very disappointed in the speed in which my order is being handled.
