Horrible agent but hard-working caring staff.I would give zero star to Rehlat, but thanks to Anji, they got four.I had a horrible experience with Rehlat. I made a reservation at a hotel, and the hotel I booked couldn't confirm my reservation for days.I have contacted Rehlat so many times, but I only got a useless answer: that I should wait a couple more days.This is absurd because the hotel MUST be able to confirm my reservation on their system within 10 minutes or so.I was getting exhausted, but finally an angel came up: Anji.Anji told me that he would take care of this issue personally and told me that he would contact me within a few hours, and he DID. (You know, most staff disappear after they say 'I'll look into it.')He found out what was wrong. The system got massed up and the hotel I booked was connected to a different hotel. Of course the hotel I booked couldn't see my reservation anywhere.Anji gave me many options which was very helpful as well. He said he could make a reservation at the original hotel with extra $, keep the reservation at the different hotel or give me a refund.I chose to get a refund and Anji took care of this, too.I got a full refund today, and Anji even called me to check if I got the money. What a nice caring staff.So, to sum up, if you find a deal that is too good on Rehlat, be suspicious. But they don't just disappear with your money. If there's something wrong, you may find a nice staff to help you out.
