I purchased tyres and paid fully, but that was the end of the service. The delivery never arrived, and there were no updates or explanations provided. Customer support? Non-existent. I got no responses to my emails, couldn't reach anyone by phone, and there was no assistance at all — my money has simply disappeared. This situation is completely unacceptable. An utterly unreliable service. I would recommend staying away.
