I called the company Customer Service over a charge on my CC that was not submitted by me. It was taken care of. I also wanted to set up a date of return of the product as I was not feeling differently after one week of use. Russel talked with me explaining that I had 90 days to use it and return if it didn't give me any relief. So I thought about it and will use the product for the allotted time. He was very kind and committed to helping me with my problem. He said possibly I would need more time with the product and to keep trying it out. I agreed to do that. I would like to feel better.
