I just had an amazing exchange with Andy, a real live rep for RejuvaCare products. Andy was the third person I encountered when I was notified I had paid for a product or service which I was not even aware of. I had no order number or had received no product but I had been charged for it. Andy quickly sorted it out for me. He was professional, caring and he very politely listened to my rant! He changed my attitude toward the company & their products. I am happy with the solution he provided and will continue trying the RejuvaCare products! A few more ‘Andys’ are needed. Five stars for sure!!!!!!!
