This goes to show that Human resources employees at Rejuvacare know what they want in the people they hire. I have never done this before but I have duplicated an earlier survey that I sent in on one other employee's survey, Emma. I duplicated Emma's survey because the treatment I received and the service was at the same level for both of your employees at Rejuvacare.Jotham is a wonderful, very patient, (I'm not an easy type of customer),extremely knowledgeable on all of your products, services, guidelines, rules, and stipulations concerning all aspects of your company. He was able (not easy) to calm me down and I was very comfortable with trusting what Jotham was explaining to me. I felt confident in his ability to satisfy and to correct all issues ( there were multiple issues) that I had concerning my my order(s). Jotham is a HUGE Asset to your company and should be considered for promotion due to his abilities and knowledge in all aspects of your company.
