I placed my order on Nov 14th and it's now Dec 10th with no delivery. The last tracking update was on Dec 2nd. I requested a full refund or expedited shipping last week, but haven't received anything. There's no pending transaction for a refund either. While the support team is friendly and attempts to help, I keep getting the same response: it's escalated, and I should wait another 24 to 48 hours for an update. I've had to repeatedly reach out for information. I'm very disappointed, especially since I paid for expedited shipping initially, which was refunded weeks later, yet I still haven't received my order.
